お知らせ：冬場（3月）も英語しゃべり場は通常どおり、第２・
（大雪の場合は、急きょ、中止になることもあります。）
Notice: English Shaberiba will be held as usual on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays in winter(March).
(In case of heavy snow, the shaberiba may be cancelled suddenly.)
会場：市民プラザ２F 上越国際交流協会（JOIN）
The Place: Joetsu International Network (JOIN) on the 2nd floor of Shimin Plaza.
参 加 費 Participation Fee：
JOINのテーブルで行いますので、参加費は必要ありませんが、
これについてはお問い合わせください。
体験（１回のみ）は、会費を払わないで、無料で、
This event will be held at the JOIN table, so the fee is NOT required.
